Deeds&Title is led by a proficient lawyer Alex Varghese who has an extensive experience of 15 years in Conveyancing, England & Wales. Alex started as junior paralegal and progressed to more responsible roles involving;
  • Establishing Conveyancing departments within firms
  • Customization and implementation of case management systems
  • Staff training and team building
  •  Conveyancing Manager 

His expertise is diversified in freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered, new build, help to buy, right to buy, shared ownership, part exchange, auction, share of freehold, buy to let, mortgagee in re-possession, re-mortgage and transfer of equity. He has in-depth knowledge in leading case management systems like Proclaim, Leap, Ochresoft, Intelliworks, Visualfiles and SOS Connect.

He has successfully completed Legal Services Foundation Course and Higher-Level Conveyancer Course from a LEXCEL accredited solicitor firm in London. In the outsourcing world, he has a triumphant track record of working with pilot batches of five companies and he has resolved the challenges faced during their start-up projects.

He holds graduation in law (2005) as well as in Science (2000). He believes delivery of high-quality results along with traits of identifying areas of improvement to bring remarkable impacts and maximum benefits to the clients. His career nurtured as a lead in Tally software and bloomed as the director of Deeds&Title. His commendable experience in Visual Basic programming, PGDCA, Diploma in Java programming, MCSA, CCNA, MS-Excel macros, software implementation and technical support has made him to attain greater exposure in IT. This makes him to bring an extremely higher-level network of experts in legal business analytics, ensuring maximum confidence among the clients.
